No scripts. No performance. No glossy reframes that leave you exactly where you started. This is real work — relational, existential, and direct. We go toward the hard thing, not around it. If you're ready to actually meet yourself, I'm ready to be there for that.

I don't believe in performing wellness. Therapy shouldn't feel like a transaction — a polished exchange where you leave with a coping strategy and nothing has actually shifted. I believe in the slow, sometimes uncomfortable work of becoming more yourself.
My approach is existential and deeply relational. What happens between us in the room matters — and I pay close attention to it. I'll name what I notice, sit with you in the parts that feel unbearable, and push back when it serves you. Warmth and directness aren't opposites here.
I work with adults who are done pretending things are fine. Who want more than symptom management — who want to understand themselves at a deeper level and live with more honesty and freedom. That's the kind of therapy I do.
Modalities I Work With
Services
One-on-one sessions tailored to your history, patterns, and goals. Available in-person and via telehealth. 50-minute sessions, weekly or bi-weekly.
Exploring communication, intimacy, and conflict with your partner in a safe, mediated space. Designed to rebuild connection and break unhelpful cycles.
Using EMDR and somatic approaches to address stored trauma. Paced carefully and compassionately at your readiness.
Secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions available to California residents. Same depth of care, from wherever you are most comfortable.
Evidence-based and depth-oriented support for chronic anxiety, depression, and low self-worth. Building insight and practical tools in parallel.
Support through grief, identity shifts, career changes, relationship endings, or major decisions. Finding footing when the ground has moved.
For Clinicians
The people who hold space for others often have the hardest time finding their own. I offer Gestalt therapy specifically for therapists, trainees, and other mental health professionals — a space where your clinical identity doesn't get in the way of your own healing.
You know too much to pretend. That's exactly why this work is different. We move through that knowing and into what's underneath it.
Whether you're navigating burnout, your own relational patterns, or simply want the kind of depth you offer your clients — this is for you.

Ongoing
A present-focused, experiential group drawing on Gestalt principles — exploring how we think, feel, and relate in real time. Emphasis on awareness, contact, and authentic expression within the group dynamic.
Ongoing
A relational group centered on how we connect and disconnect with others. Participants use the live group experience to examine interpersonal patterns, practice vulnerability, and develop deeper self-understanding.
8-Week Cohort
A closed, carefully held group for adults processing grief in all its forms — loss of a person, a relationship, a sense of self, or a life once imagined. Structured with room for the non-linear.
Group therapy offers something individual work cannot — the corrective experience of being truly seen by others who understand. Within a facilitated container, you can practice connection, voice difficult truths, and witness others do the same.
All groups are small (6–8 participants), carefully screened, and structured with clear therapeutic goals. A brief individual consultation is required before joining any group.
Sliding scale rates are available. Please mention your interest when you reach out.
